Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by APJ Solutions

APJ Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Product is unavailable or out of stock.
Pricing or product information contains an inadvertent error.
Payment could not be successfully verified.
Delivery address is incomplete or outside our serviceable area.
Orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions.
Any other situation where fulfilling the order is not reasonably possible.

If an order is cancelled by APJ Solutions after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to banking timelines.
