We currently ship across most locations within India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged during delivery, please take photographs of the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
